Ben Bailey Homes, part of the Gladedale Group of companies, has increased its portfolio of developments in the Midlands with five additional sites, which were previously managed by Country and Metropolitan Homes, which is also part of the Gladedale Group, in the south east.
The developments Toftmead Court, Woodland View, Elmside Mews and Wherrymans Way, in the Anglia region and Little Stanion in Northamptonshire have now all been re-branded with the Ben Bailey Homes’ name.
Ben Bailey Homes’ sales and marketing director, Mike Brown said: “We are delighted to bring these five additional developments into the Ben Bailey Homes portfolio. Marketing these sites through the Midlands region allows us to offer greater efficiencies and even better service to our customers.”
This development coincides with a company-wide re-brand by the Gladedale Group. The strategic move sees all the homebuilder’s regional businesses in England and Scotland – comprising Bett Homes, Ben Bailey Homes, Country and Metropolitan Homes and Manor Kingdom Homes - more closely aligned to the Gladedale name.
Ben Bailey Homes has 20 developments across the Midlands region ranging from Scunthorpe in North Lincolnshire to Norwich in Anglia and St Helens in the North West.
Mike added: “This is a very exciting time for Ben Bailey Homes. We now have 20 active developments in our region with a number of new sites due to come online over the next few months.”
