As part of our commitment to continued professional development, the Gladedale Group have recently partnered with PitchBlue Solutions in the design and roll-out of a tailored and internationally recognised suite of leadership development programmes for Directors and senior managers across the UK.  
 
Certificated and awarded by the Chartered Management Institute, these programmes illustrate our commitment to our Leadership and Talent strategy and provide direct and meaningful support to our leaders to deliver our long-term aspirations for growth and success.
 
Executive Development 
 
Our Executive Development programme is targeted towards our Regional Board Directors and provides a framework for developing a culture of inspirational and transformative leadership.
 
Incorporating Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the programme is structured around three key themes; personal leadership, team leadership and business leadership.  Combining group workshops, experiential learning activities and one-to-one coaching, the programme is designed to help participants explore and develop high performance leadership techniques and approaches and embed key learning into the business quickly and easily.
 
Management Development
 
The Management Development programme is targeted towards our senior management and up and coming talent population and is helping our people and project managers reinforce and develop further their management effectiveness and team leadership competence,  so crucial in these challenging times.
 
Supporting managers to get the best out of themselves and their teams, the programme covers topics such as team psychology, customer engagement and personal effectiveness.  Using action learning as a central theme, this programme is helping managers to understand and engage in a new culture of inter-dependent working; especially relevant to our performance, team and innovation-centric, matrix organisation. 
 
Core skills Training
 
In addition we provide a range of core skills training and coaching support available throughout the Group to support and underpin our passion for helping everyone grow in their role and in doing so provide a return on this investment through individual performance improvement, better team working and increased levels of job satisfaction.
