Our flagship project among commercial developments in the UK is the multi-award winning Quartermile development, a landmark 19-acre site in the heart of Edinburgh, which has become a vibrant commercial and residential district in the Scottish capital.
We have worked our way through the challenges presented by the former Edinburgh Royal Infirmary site with its listed buildings and complex planning issues, to deliver a keynote development which, upon completion, will feature over 900 residential apartments, 350,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, and some 55,000 sq ft of retail space.
