This included 52 separate specific topics and a Miscellaneous section which aptly illustrates the wide and "task specific nature' of our approach to dialogue with the workforce on the subject matter of Occupational Health and Safety.

 

During in-depth review of our Insurance Portfolio during 2010 our current claims history on our Employers and Public Liability policy was described as "negligible". This is an important indicator and evidence as to our Groupwide drive for continued improvement in the field.
