The Gladedale residential development business was restructured in 2009 to build upon its successful local brands of Bett Homes and Manor Kingdom across Scotland and the north east of England, Ben Bailey Homes in Yorkshire and the Midlands, and Country and Metropolitan in the south and east of England. These brands recognise the regional differences within the markets in which they operate, yet also embrace the common objectives that are synonymous with all of our homes and businesses. In Gladedale Estates, we possess a specialist strategic land team with the skills to optimise the value of assets through its planning and development expertise. And our commercial property development business, Gladedale Capital, is recognised as being able to deliver mixed-use solutions that can address the most demanding of situations.
