  • We will provide you with a 10 year warranty for your home from our approved warranty provider. The first 2 year period of this warranty will be provided by us. During this 2 year period, we will inspect and rectify any defects in your home caused by faulty components, materials or workmanship.
  • As a responsible, caring developer, your health, safety and welfare are our utmost priority.
  • We will provide you with appropriate information and equipment to ensure your safety when visiting your new home during its construction and upon taking ownership.
  • We will make an appointment with you prior to purchase, in order to carry out a detailed demonstration of the features of your new home.
  • Upon purchase, we will provide you with all relevant information and instructions for your new home.
  • Our site team will make a formal visit on your move-in day, in order to formally present your home to you.
  • We will provide you with out-of-hours emergency contact details.
  • Written complaints will be reviewed by a senior manager and will be responded to as soon as possible.
  • An after-sales procedure is in place to ensure that any issues raised after completion are dealt with as quickly as possible.
  • We follow procedures and comply with standards of good practice, as detailed in the Consumer Code for Homebuilders. We also provide you with all the necessary information stipulated therein.
