Ben Bailey Homes operates across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire and continues to expand across the Midlands. We build homes that local people aspire to live in, from one bedroom studio apartments, to luxury conversions and four and five bedroom detached homes.
Our History
Since its foundation by Ben Bailey in 1933, the company has grown into a household name across its region. The founder’s philosophy was to provide homes that were well-built and offered excellent value for money. That is as true today as it was then.
The above vision combined with hard work, excellent construction skills, and sound business sense, spurred the growth of the company throughout the Thirties, Forties and Fifties.
Ben Bailey Homes offers classic housing design, with variations in external finishes and brick colours to create a personal touch. Indeed, this creativity and attention to detail is a signature element of Ben Bailey Homes.
The company has continued to expand under the third generation of the Bailey family, spreading from its initial Yorkshire base. In 2007, the company became part of the Gladedale Group in an agreed takeover. It was initially re-branded as Gladedale before a re-organisation of the company saw operations return to the original Ben Bailey name.
