Ben Bailey Partnerships is the regeneration arm of Ben Bailey Homes. We work in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders including private landowners, community and public sector bodies such as housing associations, local authorities and the Homes and Communities Agency, to deliver modern yet affordable homes throughout England, in a truly mixed tenure environment.

Our focus on innovation covers our approach to design and construction, as well as funding.

The company's current and recent projects include developments in Featherstone near Wakefield, Wombwell in Barnsley, Toll Bar in Doncaster, Liversedge and Scunthorpe, with new schemes to commence shortly in Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford, Rotherham, Durham, Washington, Peterborough and Milton Keynes. Many of our recent projects have been developed in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency from whom we have received funding.

In addition to delivering affordable homes, our projects have also created jobs and apprenticeships in the region, providing much needed opportunities for local young people.
